Ambro-Sia’s Gourmet Paximadia are Ambro-Sia's personal creation from her family’s recipe. They semi-sweet, semi-hard, and they are very similar to biscotti, but they are not as hard. They are made without butter (oil based) and are loaded with a combination of fruit and almonds or walnuts and fresh flavors of lemon or orange. The special method of preparation creates Ambro-Sia’s paximadi that has a beautiful aroma and an awesome taste that will have you wanting even more to treat yourself, your family, your guests, or to give as a special gift!
